Here's an article on how to make traditional goat cheese. I don't use this method, but I may try it in the spring.

I make a mean Broccoli, Zucchini, Feta cheese pizza. Can't for get the pepperoni too. Feta is one of my favorites! Can't wait to see how your cheese making goes.
