buzzy cheese

I know I've been a little prolific already today, but I had to write this before I go to bed. You see, tomorrow Emily and I are going to make-a some cheese with the Beehive Cheese fellows, and I felt like I needed to say this thing about their cheese before I officially meet Pat and Tim. Because it will seem less sycophantic. And who knows, maybe they are horrid, nasty miscreants whom I will loathe completely, but I bet not.

I have finally tasted the Seahive, and I made a discovery. The name "Beehive Cheese" is very appropriate--I don't know if they tasted their cheese before they named it, but their cheeses are so unique in that they actually feel buzzy and fizzy in your mouth, like you're eating bees--not in a gross way, though. Like, there isn't fur or wing segments or bits of thorax in it. But if you kind of roll the cheese around on your tongue (especially Barely Buzzed and Seahive), like a pretentious person would, and sort of let it melt, you will see what I mean. It causes a tingly sensation. I find this very strange and delightful. Perhaps they are putting pixie dust in the cheese? I don't know, but I intend to find out.

Sounds fun! Have a good time. You know, you should write a book or something. You'd do well in my opinion. I love the way you string your words together.

I'm so jealous I can't be there with you. Of course, as a Baba Capra follower, I intend on hearing a detailed description of all you saw and did and such. Then it's like I can experience it vicariously...or something...
